That is a good interview.

Your mention of the Beatles, near the end, reminded me a (perhaps apocryphal) comment I've seen attributed to Elvis that, "at least they went through it together" -- saying that they had the advantage of knowing each other when they all went through the experience of crushing fame, whereas Elvis was more alone.

But we'll see what Faith Current has to say about that . . .

Thanks, Nick! It was a fun one....Louise is such the David expert, it was easy to talk about him with her! Elvis was alone, certainly, as an artist, but he had Colonel Tom, and his entourage, for better or worse! But, I get your point. Only those 4 people know what it was like being a Beatle, and the maelstrom of craziness and pressure that went with it.
